Services We Offer

Hokie Hair provides haircuts, styling, color, highlights, perms, waxing, and other salon services. Services, availability, pricing, and estimated durations may vary by stylist and are shown during booking or confirmed by the salon.

Booking & Walk-Ins

Appointments may be booked online or arranged directly with the salon.

Walk-ins are welcome and may check in through Hokie Hair's walk-in system. Check-in or waitlist position does not guarantee an exact service time. Service timing depends on stylist availability, existing appointments, service type, and current salon volume.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call Hokie Hair at (540) 953-2200.

Text Messages

Customers may separately choose to receive non-marketing text messages from Hokie Hair, including appointment confirmations and reminders, waitlist or service updates, and post-visit review requests.

Text-message consent is optional and is not required to book an appointment, check in, purchase services, or receive service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Hokie Hair does not send promotional or marketing messages through this messaging program.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to Hokie Hair's SMS messaging program. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on your behalf.

Hokie Rewards

Hokie Rewards is a visit-based loyalty program.

Each completed paid visit with a qualifying service amount greater than $10 earns one loyalty punch. After 11 qualifying paid visits, the customer earns one free haircut for a future visit.

Rewards may be saved for later use and have no cash value. A free loyalty haircut does not earn an additional loyalty punch.

Hokie Hair may modify or discontinue the loyalty program in the future.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are provided. Available payment methods may include credit card, cash, check, gift card, or eligible Hokie Rewards redemption.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hokie Hair is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
